Sales Policy

1.       If I sell you a cavy and it needs to be transported, I will not hold the cavy without a 50% deposit. Transport must be arranged and payed for by the buyer, although I may assist in finding transport options. When the animal is transported, I will send it with a bag of the food that I feed my animals as well as the pedigree, if it was agreed beforehand that it would be sent with a pedigree.

2.       If I sell you an animal at a fair or show, I will expect to have the money as soon as the animal is in your possession. You may also arrange to have it transported after the show- if this is the case, contact me and refer to the rules in Rule 1.

3.       As the breeder, I reserve the right to cancel any sales. I will refund your money if I cancel a sale. If at any point you need to send the animal back, I will take it, no questions asked. If it is two weeks or less from the date I sold the animal to you, I will also refund your money. If the buyer cancels the sale for any reason any monies paid will be forfeited.

4.       I will always require parental permission when selling to minors.

5.       I guarantee that any animals I sell will be healthy at the time of sale. If the animal gets sick before I transport it, I will cancel the sale and refund your money. However, once on the transport, the animal’s health is out of my hands. Show performance and breeding performance are not guaranteed.

6.       We do not sell our animals for meat or meat breeding purposes, or to pet stores or pet breeding purposes.

7.       Sales are not on a first come, first serve basis. I reserve the right to decide on the best home for any animal sold.
